Sounds and Noises - Sounds and Noises is a learning tool
 for children 18 months and older. Parents use the
 toolbar and Tool Tips to engage an animated western
 scene. Balloons pull words across the sky, teaching
 children the alphabet, words, and phrases by sounding
 them out. A helicopter and train join in the action,
 dispatching words to a billboard for pronunciation.
 Eight sample files cover colors, letters, and basic
 words. There is context-sensitive help available and
 you can toggle the sound and animation. With
 registration you can add your own sounds to the program
 and access a customized dictionary.
